Electrical Condition Reports (formerly Periodic Inspection Reports)
We carry out Electrical Condition Reports (formerly Periodic Inspection Reports) for small domestic installations with one small consumer unit up to and including large industrial units with multiple distribution boards. All electricians can carry out Electrical Testing and Certification using the latest testing software which allows us to produce and issue reports on completion without delay.
Portable Appliance Testing
We carry out Portable Appliance Testing for commercial and industrial premises. Every appliance has a detailed test result and all data is downloaded on to computer software which enables us to provide the client with an electronic copy as well as allowing us to print off a hard copy if required.
Emergency Lighting
We can undertake full emergency lighting tests and produce detailed reports stating any defects or deviations from BS5266.
A full 3 hour duration emergency lighting test must be carried out annually. As part of that test we will carry out the following:
